Studios are available for short and long term
lets in both Condo buildings
Site facilities include a very large swimming pool with bar/cafeteria, tennis courts with a well-established tennis club, basketball practice facilities and beautiful tropical gardens. There is a very inexpensive cafeteria in Condo A serving both Thai and Western dishes (price example: a meal of soft noodles with pork or chicken and a bottle of Heineken included will cost £1 (c $1.8). A laundry facility is also available.

Pricing:
Prices range from 14-18K baht per month, per studio and 30-40K baht per one-bedroom. This is payable in advance on arrival and includes maid service once a week. The price does not include water and electricity.
Important Note: a deposit equivalent to one month's rent required to cover any breakages or damage with the balance returned at the end of the stay. Short Lets: prices on demand
All studios are in a prime location and
recently renovated to a high standard - a 3 minute walk through
an oriental garden will take you directly to the beach, a
section of which, Dongtan Beach, is gay orientated.
